REVIEW: COSMOS TAROT
April 27, 2018
If you're so into the cosmos and the universe, this deck will most def call to you. By the way, there are two decks in the box - Tarot and Oracle decks - but I thought of splitting it each so that both have their own review.
WHAT I LIKE:
1. THE ARTWORK.
Each card are illustrated by different artists.
2. CARD STOCK
The cards are silky and easy to shuffle! It also has gilded edges in gold!
Box and guidebook are same the bomb! Blue-ish cards are Tarot while the purplish ones are the Oracle cards.
You may purchase your Cosmos Tarot & Oracle Deck here.
Took me 6 months before I was able to get it plus a local tax of ₱112.00. The first order got lost in transit so they were kind enough to send in a replacement.
5. THE INTERVIEW.
INTRODUCE YOURSELF: The Lovers
This deck introduces itself as a form of harmony, mutual understanding and partnership. I am quite glad that deck easily acknowledges me as its partner.
WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? Strength
The deck will be a source of strength, determination and power. Yay!
WHAT ARE YOUR LIMITATIONS? Temperance
It didn't surprise me to get the Temperance card as the deck's limitation because each card was made by individual artists. I feel different kinds of energies with each card so maintaining a level of balance seems tricky and challenging.
WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM YOU? The Hermit
It takes a good amount of soul searching, inner knowing and deeper thinking when using this deck which is why I bought it in the first place. I like how the concept of this deck correlates with the cosmos, mythology and of course with Tarot.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOU? 8 of Air / Swords
Whenever I feel trapped and chained, this deck is the best deck to go to as it will help me understand why I am struggling and how I can be set free from it.
OUTCOME OF OUR RELATIONSHIP: King of Water / Cups
Having the King of Cups as the outcome of our relationship has so many personal meanings behind it. I have a personal relationship with the King of Cups and also been trying to learn how to balance my emotions myself.
WHAT I HATE:
I don't really like / resonate with other artists' work.
The Cosmos Tarot is every reader's (who is into astrology) dream. The gold gilded edges are to die for. However, I just feel that some of the artist didn't capture the cards that was assigned to them well. There are some cards that I feel lacking and felt like such a waste.
That concludes my review of the Cosmos Tarot.
