REVIEW: DREAMING WAY TAROT

January 6, 2017

Since I got the Dreaming Way Lenormand, obviously I had to get the Dreaming Way Tarot. I'm a sucker for 'partner' decks like these.

WHAT I LIKE:

1. THE ARTWORK.

Amazing artwork - like having a mini gallery in my pocket. The artist, Kwon Shina, did an awesome job interpreting the cards resulting to this masterpiece. Plus, like my blog - it is WHIMSICAL!

2. CARD STOCK

The cards are silky as it always slides around and won't stay put (the paper is smooth and laminated).

Comes with 2 title cards and LWB. The box is a bit cramped so you may want to put your deck on a different pouch / box

so as not risking unwanted folds on the cards when you put it back on the original box.

3. AVAILABILITY

You may purchase your Dreaming Way Tarot here.

4. SHIPPING

Took almost a month before I was able to get it plus a local tax of ₱112.00.

5. THE INTERVIEW.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF: Six Of Wands

This deck may be my sign of achieving a milestone in my Tarot journey and that finally my skills are now being recognized.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? The Hermit - Reversed

This deck acts as a reminder that I may have been self reflecting too much. It may indicate that I am ready to explore a reconnection.

WHAT ARE YOUR LIMITATIONS? Eight Of Cups

The deck might be limited to answering questions as to what and how you can seek a deeper meaning in life.

WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM YOU? Queen Of Cups

Compassion. This deck acts as a healer, counselor or psychic.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOU? Ten Of Cups

The Dreaming Way Tarot embodies happiness, joy, contentment and emotional fulfillment.

OUTCOME OF OUR RELATIONSHIP: Ten Of Swords - Reversed

While the Ten of Swords indicates a painful ending, it also means growth and regeneration. The Dreaming Way Tarot aids in re-evaluations and helps you reflect on the changes that had occurred due to an ending.

WHAT I HATE:

If you are a Trypophobic, the design of the back cover may not suit you.

SCORE: ★★★★

FINAL THOUGHTS:

I love the fact that the Dreaming Way Tarot has a fancy whimsical artwork but I really wished the back cover design is something else. The characters in the deck look androgynous to me. It is the type of deck where you want to spend more time on as it may get confusing - with that said, I do not recommend this deck for beginners.

That concludes my review of The Dreaming Way Tarot.
