REVIEW: ROMANTIC TAROT
January 27, 2017
Here's the thing - I suck at matters of the heart. As a way to 'connect', thought of buying this deck for my querents since most of them asks about their love life (which is a challenge to me).
WHAT I LIKE:
1. THE ARTWORK.
Victorian style artwork, what's not to love? Plus the back cover design reminds me of Beauty and the Beast.
2. CARD STOCK
The cards are silky and easy to shuffle!
Box and guidebook are same sizes which I like because you can easily just put them in your bag.
You may purchase your Romantic Tarot here.
Took almost a month before I was able to get it plus a local tax of ₱112.00.
5. THE INTERVIEW.
INTRODUCE YOURSELF: The Hierophant
This deck introduces itself to be ruled by values and tradition.
WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? Ace Of Cups
Bringing emotions to come out in the open. This deck is about opening of the heart to new possibilities and / or renewed love.
WHAT ARE YOUR LIMITATIONS? Wheel Of Fortune
The Wheel of Fortune is about the quote, 'the only thing that is constant is change'. So which way the Wheel of Fortune turns, it is impossible to try and change it.
WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM YOU? Three Of Pentacles
Teamwork. Listening skills. Acceptance. Adaptation.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOU? Five Of Swords
I find this initially funny at first. To connect with conflict? This deck best to work when you had a bad day at work, with your significant other, with your friends or relatives or anything or anyone that vaused a negative energy around you.
OUTCOME OF OUR RELATIONSHIP: Two of Swords
WHAT I HATE:
Cheesy borders. A bit confusing artwork.
Honestly, I am . having a hard time connecting with this deck. The artwork can be confusing and too cheesy. I do love the back cover design as it reminds me of Beauty and the Beast.
That concludes my review of the Romantic Tarot.
