REVIEW: TAROT MUCHA

June 27, 2017

I love deck arts / illustrations like these. The Tarot Mucha is inspired by the artistic style of Alphonse Mucha (1860 – 1939) who is an Art Nouveau painter and illustrator

WHAT I LIKE:

1. THE ARTWORK.

Though it follows the RWS artwork, I like how they were able to 'level up' the illustrations on this one. Very whimsical if you ask me. I also love the feminine energies here.

2. CARD STOCK

Same with all of deck manufactured and published by Llewellyn Worldwide publishing company.

Warning! That box lid is loose.

3. AVAILABILITY

You can get this at Amazon.

4. SHIPPING

Took almost a month before I was able to get it plus a local tax of ₱112.00.

5. THE INTERVIEW.

INTRODUCE YOURSELF: Strength

This deck will serve as the source of your strength, determination and power as you start your journey and get to know more about Tarot.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? 10 of Wands

The 10 of Wands represents a completion of cycle where you reap the rewards from all your hard work and efforts. The deck itself will remind you that even with the achievement of your goal, there comes with it great responsibilities and commitments. Hard work always pays off.

WHAT ARE YOUR LIMITATIONS? 8 of Swords

The deck may be limited to any restrictions you have placed upon yourself. Know that you always have options regardless if others are opposed to your decisions or not.

WHAT CAN I LEARN FROM YOU? The Hierophant

You will be taught to build bridges with tradition, values and lore. This is a great starter deck for beginners so this deck will help you enhance your knowledge with Tarot.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOU? The Sun

This deck emits a glorious happy energy filled with warmth and wonder. You can connect with this deck whenever you're feeling down or clouded.

OUTCOME OF OUR RELATIONSHIP: The Wheel

The Tarot Mucha deck will serve as a reminder that everything tends to go in cycles. Change is inevitable but know that no matter what the Universe has in store for you, learn to accept and go with the flow.

WHAT I HATE:

That box lid.

SCORE: ★★★★

FINAL THOUGHTS:

This is a great starter deck for beginners who want to learn the RWS system but doesn't really like or connect well with the illustrations in the original RWS. As you can see in the photos above, there are no card titles and but there are numbers for each card so that you won't get confused.

That concludes my review of Tarot Mucha.
