Why do we look
to the stars for answers?
We always find ourselves looking to the stars for many reasons: to be inspired, to remind us of our dreams, to look for a sign and more.
Humans have stargazed since the dawn of time. Our ancestors have been mapping the night skies and tracking celestial phenomena for centuries to uncover the DNA of our soul.
Why do we seek comfort in the cards?
Humans are highly visual creatures.
Cartomancy is an intimate experience. The practice of the cards goes beyond fortune-telling and into the realm of self-care, mental health and emotional wellbeing. We acknowledge that we all need healing and guidance especially during trying times and because of this, we need visual and oral validation.
So I saw the Whimsical Arcane page on my Instagram feeds and wanted to hear a different reading of my natal chart. But also, I wanted to know what lessons I need to take note of because I was unsure if how I’m living my life right now is on the “right path”. The reading was really eye opening and made me realize somethings that I’ve neglected to think about. It was also accurate in pointing out who I am, my experiences. I’m also happy to hear that some steps I was thinking of incorporating in my life is the way to be able to fulfil the lessons in this lifetime. I’m glad I tried this out. Thank you also to Eisel, she was very warm. I felt like I was talking to a friend while discussing the chart.
Plus, she broke everything down in an easy to understand way, no jargons.
All in all, thank you again Eisel! I really enjoyed our time and learned a lot.

Any reading should never be used in place of professional advice. You should not rely on any reader to make decisions that would affect your mental, legal, financial or medical conditions. If you need guidance in these areas, you must seek out a licensed professional.
The Whimsical Arcane's readings can only give you guidance on how to cope with a situation on a spiritual level. Readings serve as a guiding tool to give more meaning and greater understanding to the experiences we face, the people we know and meet, the work we need to do, and the forks in the road that we encounter.
